Brutal injury sustained in junior club game is not for the faint-hearted

While Barry Lynch was okay afterwards, don’t open if you’re any way squeamish.

WHILE PLAYING FOR Kilmainham in the Meath Junior A final on Wednesday night, Barry Lynch collided with his brother Trevor in the first half, a clash that resulted in the injury below.

Thankfully, reports this morning are that Barry suffered no serious damage other than the head wound.
